Here we are using Rehabilitative Real-Time Ultrasound to help our patient downtrain the dominant use of her transversus abdominus muscle (a lower abdominal muscle). Many people who perform Pilates learn to overuse their lower abdominals instead of utilizing their pelvic floor muscles.
